Costa Mesa Ethnic Rhinoplasty by Dr. Tavoussi Cosmetic Surgeon

At OC Cosmetic Surgery Clinique in beautiful Newport Beach, California, we believe in the intrinsic beauty of the human face and body. However, sometimes individuals feel uncomfortable with the way they look and feel that some cosmetic surgery will help improve their social confidence. This is especially true of the nose, which is a major facial feature that can immediately draw the eye. Some people are beset with very wide, long, bumpy or bulbous noses. A Costa Mesa Ethnic Rhinoplasty can address these concerns in individuals of African American, Hispanic, Asian or Middle Eastern descent.

Consider the Importance of Heritage

The problem with western rhinoplasties for people of varying heritages is that they do not address the special concerns that these individuals have. People of other ethnicities have a different bone structure and skin and tissue makeup than western people have. Therefore, they have special concerns during a rhinoplasty that must be addressed by a Costa Mesa ethnic rhinoplasty doctor.

Decades of Experience with Ethnic Cosmetics

Our clinic serves all the Orange County area, including the community of Costa Mesa, and has developed a reputation for surgical excellence and patient satisfaction. Our premier surgeon, Dr. Tavoussi, has performed countless ethnic rhinoplasties as well as many other cosmetic surgery techniques in his 20 years of medical practice. He is double board certified and also holds FAACS and FICS certifications.

In addition, he has perfected numerous techniques for working on rhinoplasties of people of varying ethnic heritages and can improve the shape of the nose while keeping a culturally accurate shape. He believes in the artistry of the human face as well as in the functionality of modern ethnic rhinoplasty research.

Our Comforting Facilities & Recovery

Our Costa Mesa ethnic rhinoplasties are performed in the security of the Pacifica Outpatient Surgery Center, which is a comforting yet safe facility staffed by highly trained anesthetists and nurses. The surgery will be performed under general anesthesia, and the patient will then be moved to the recovery room for a few hours before returning home.

Home recovery is not difficult although patients will require a medication for pain as prescribed by Dr. Tavoussi. Patients are encouraged to rest for the first few days with the head elevated and should avoid putting pressure on the incisions by not sneezing or blowing the nose, avoiding pulling clothing over the head and not exercising vigorously. We believe that our Costa Mesa ethnic rhinoplasty can give people of all ethnicities the beautiful nose they deserve.
